Hope somebody out there can help me. The tube on our 50w Chinese Laser died but at he time we could only get a 100W tube. So purchased that and a new Power Supply to suit.
Studied many many You Tube presentations on aligning the mirrors. First one tube is pretty well in the centre. However with mirror 2, if I centre test when rail is at back of the machine (closest to mirror 1) when I move rail to front of the machine furtherest away the test is about 15mm away from first pulse. Any ideas please.
If I just use back of the machine laser seems to work fine although I feel on higher settings.
The other thing I have notice is when I test (pulse) the burn on a short pulse is not round unless I turn the power up.
