xTool D1 Pro 20W won't cut straight lines.

Post by datsyukfliprw »

Hey everyone. I've been trying for awhile to figure out the exact issue and a solution so that I can actually use the laser.

I have a xTool D1 Pro 20w and there is a wobble in the laser along the X axis so it cuts wavy lines instead of straight.

I've tightened the carriage, pulled everything apart and cleaned, but it's like the rail is warped or the bearings aren't actually round.. I'm hoping that someone with more experience can help me out.

Thanks!
I uploaded a video on YouTube to show the issue. Link is below.
