Upgrading wattage on OMTECH 0812BG

I recently purchased a used OMTECH desktop laser,(0812BG) that has been sitting unused for 2 years,(never powered up).
I decided to upgrade the power of the laser tube,(from a 40 watt to a 60 watt) as well as the original power supply from the OMTECH JG-40W to the Cloudray M60. I am also wanting to make the main power supply strictly to drive the new tube and piggyback a Meanwell LRS-350-24 from a surplus 3D printer.
My challenge is the 2 power supplies have completely different pin in/outs. I am a novice and at 70, not as intuitive as I once was, lol
Included are photos of what I'm working with.

Any help in assisting me in my upgrades would be immensely appreciated. I guess Iv watched dozens of YOU TUBE videos but none address my particular issue!

I bought the Monport 2.0 control board. That's as far as I'll go with MONPORT.
I've stripped the case, am enlarging the cutting area to
12" x 24" and have all new CLOUDRAY laser head, mirrors and lenses.
Quite happy with the OMTECH

Thanks. Basic stuff. I have no plans on ever investing in another laser. At 70, my OMTECH is my one and only.

I've been using the OMTech 0812BG for a few months now, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. The wattage isn't enough for my needs, and I've run into issues with cutting thicker materials. I thought this machine would handle everything I threw at it, but it seems to struggle more than I expected. If you're considering an upgrade, I highly recommend checking out the Monport lasers instead. I've been using Monport for a while, and they've been far more reliable and powerful for my projects.
