Since I can't post a new topic in tech support, I'll ask here.

I just finished upgrading the controller on our MARS 90 from the DF212 to the RDC6442g supplied from Thunder Laser and am having a few issues.
1- All of the directional jog controls work except the X axis, it makes a horrible groaning noise. I can however move the table in the X axis from the "test" window in RDworks with no issue.
2- The laser fires during all travel except for on cut paths or scan objects. I.E. When a job is started the laser fires as the head jogs from the origin to the start point, traces the cut path without firing, and fires as it returns to the origin. During a scan job the laser fires while jogging from the origin to the start point, fires during the over swing, but not over the shape to be engraved, and fires as it returns from the end point to the origin. The laser even fires when jogging manually and when the "frame" button it hit.
3- Sizing is inaccurate. A 10mm object "frames" at 17mm.
4- Jobs sent to the laser do not show up in the preview window of the lcd.
Any help would be appreciated.
