Software for NEJE 300w Engraver

I recently took delivery of a NEJE 8-3 Laser Engraver which came complete with a mini SD Card containing software. Unfortunately, the software supplied was not the LaserCarve software needed to run the device and I have been unable to get any satisfaction from the supplier to enable me to download the correct software.
I have been to the turfer.com website, but the link to the software carries a message saying the software is updating and there is no available download.
Does anyone have a copy of the software that I could download to try and resolve the issue or advise me how I can access the correct software.
