Beware LEETRO does not provide customer support

I purchased a laser, including a Leetro controller, that supposedly includes Ethernet function. When you try to use the feature it fails.

Contacting leetro customer support, they state unless you purchased the controller directly from Leetro they will not support it. Problem is, most people receive these controllers as part of a larger system, and the manufacturer of the laser cannot support the controllers flaws.

I have had a number of problems with the controller MPC6585 and would NOT suggest it. The most frustrating behavior is the random hangups that leave the laser on and shining into the scraps below. I've had many ruined cuts and one nasty fire started because of this controller's bad behavior.

Avoid Leetro control equipment!

Leetro will not support you even if you buy it from them, they are crooks and their product is junk, I through my leetro out and switched to Ruida, it was a simple swap and I love it.
