super Carver dialog box

Hi all having some problems with my new super carver
I ruined my first Laser by plugging in the wrong power cord(it started smoking) a Neje 500W
I ordered a new one off Ebay this time a Super carver 1000W bsically the same laser after getting it to run at first I now get a dialog box
any Ideas how to fix this? Pic attached
