Bad work laser

Hello.
Sorry for my english skills..
I have problem with laser. I had the same problem already a year ago and i fixed change marker position. Now its doesnt work.
Then i click "Red" buttons laser line constantly move(video)
There i bought laser my said check all cabel but its all normal.
PLEASE HELP.
