Text shifts while using rotary attchment

I have a Chinese laser with the rotary attachment that has the 3 rotating bars, every now and then something will happen and the text or design will have a shift in it, i attached a pict. it shifted at the end of the A then the last 2 letters are lower. Anybody have any idea how to correct this ??
