Hello.

I have some problems with the rotary assembly.

When starting it spins very fast before the engraving itself start up.

My controller is Leetro 6585 and software is LaserCut 6.1

Driver is Leadshine 3DM583 settings on DIP is pulse 5000 (default for Y-axis motor).

Video of problem:

Is there any other settings than "OnePulseMoveLenght" that need to be adjusted ?

Considering the Monport laser for its ease of use, high quality, and affordability would likely offer a solution to your current rotary assembly issues. Regarding the problem of the rotary spinning very fast before engraving begins, you may want to adjust the settings in your LaserCut 6.1 software or consult the user manual for your Leetro 6585 controller to see if there are specific settings related to rotary functionality. Additionally, check if there are any calibration or speed adjustment options in the software that could help regulate the rotary's speed. If necessary, contacting Monport's customer support or referring to their documentation may provide further assistance in resolving this issue. https://monportlaser.com/collections/co ... ka374VZjm3

You may need to make more adjustments to LaserCut 6.1 settings in addition to "OnePulseMoveLength" in order to fix the problem of your rotary assembly spinning too quickly before engraving begins. Make sure the controller parameters for the rotary axis' acceleration and speed are set appropriately for your rotating device by checking them. To better meet the needs of the rotary, you might also want to adjust the Leadshine 3DM583's driver settings.

Since I've been using a Monport laser https://bit.ly/48Fxwm7 for a few months, their extensive assistance and approachable design have greatly simplified the process of troubleshooting such problems.
