Laser marking is a marking method that uses a high-energy-density laser to locally illuminate a workpiece to raise the temperature of the surface layer, causing metamorphosis, melting, ablation, and evaporation, thereby leaving a permanent mark. Laser marking has two methods of engraving and mask imaging: mask mode marking uses a laser to image the stencil pattern onto the surface of the workpiece to ablate the marks. Engraving marking is a high-speed full-function marking system. After the laser beam is reflected by the two-dimensional optical scanning galvanometer, it is focused on the surface of the workpiece by the flat-field optical lens, and the material is vaporized according to the set trajectory under the control of the computer, and various characters, symbols and patterns can be produced.
