In desperate need of some help. All suggestions would be massively appreciated
So we are a laser engraving business in London. We recently bought a PureLaser 100W X-7050 it's been working fine, however a week ago we changed over the PC connected to the machine.
I transferred over the Vector & the parameters from the old PC.
However all of a sudden the Y Axis isn't working on the laser head. X is working fine but the Y isn't? It's making this horrendous noise and is jumping when I go to move the laser head to the left or right.
When I initially go to turn the machine on the laser resets itself and starts banging into the side of the machine. The parameters are obviously off but I don't know how to change them.
Please oh Please can someone help! I can't imagine it being anything massively complicated as we literally just changed over the PC's
