I am from the Netherlands, so my English could be strange sometimes, Sorry for it. I have a simple DIY laser engraver wit a 2000mw laser. I got it with the software (lite fire). But now is the laser continously working on full strength. I cannot switch it to weak for installing te workarea or focussing the laser. I installed also Benbox and the laser is doing everything correct ecxept going to weak strength when testing te workarea or when movements in a picture from one point to another point. It is also not possible to switch to weak strenght by clicking on the buttun in the programsoftware.
What can be wrong... Is the software not correct or complete installe or is the laser broken...? Where and how can I solve this problem in Benbox?
Please help me to slove this problem. I am trying it already for weeks....
