Now i share the details as follows.
1. Take a video and clear pictures for the laser tube number, date.

2. Broken the laser tube, and sent to us pictures

3. Give us his adress, we sent the new tube to him.

4. Tell us what happend, our enginners will discuss what it happend, in order to eliminate the problem happend again.
