Thunder laser no works

hi friends,Please

Last day i did a "Deft fact para" with the password from this forum
But now when i start the machine alway tell me:

System restetting
RDC-V8.00.39
HMI-V4.1.18

And it make too much noise and when it is finished no works no prints only move and print only a point or the object very very big and of course, always tell me:

Frame slop
Work paused
Continue or cancel

Please help me!! i am from a school and the machine is very import for the students
