RD Works Variable Text Matrix Copy

I'm trying to use RD Works to do a Serial # variable text. What I'm trying to do is take a single copy of my item giving it the starting number and then copying the matrix. I was hoping that when I start with 140 in my original each copy in the matrix would then increment by 1. Is this possible?
