Hi, we just received our machine (Nova 35 100w) and are trying to send a test file to cut from RD works, Lightburn or Illustrator (DXF). Laser is not connected to the network or computer yet. We saved a file from RDworks onto a USB (Fat32 formatting) and also exported a DXF file from Illustrator to the USB. When the USB is plugged into the laser and we try to read files, it doesn't see the files. I have tried 2 different USB drives as well.
What am I missing?
