Laser Beam Emission for lpg

We have just replaced our TF 3015 laser machine with YLR-1000-K fibre laser when the previously used nlight flaser source developed fault but could not secure laser beam emission.We have tried to connect lpg to FSTCUT 2000 by IP and COM port yet no aiming light shown nor beam emission. Any one with support to get machine please!
