Looking To Upgrade Machine

I'm the tech wizard at my job and have been working on getting our laser cutter up and running. <br/>
<br/>
When I started it was in bad shape but I now have it running reasonably well. It can make consistent cuts but there is still much more room for improvement. <br/>
<br/>
Here are the specs of the laser we have:<br/>
<br/>

Size: 1300 x 900<br/>

Laser Tube: 145.3 Watt<br/>
Water Chiller: CW-5200<br/>

The model of the machine we have is no longer sold by Laguna and I'm having trouble finding parts on eBay or via Google. The first I want to do is replcae the lens holder. Attached are a few pics. The zip tie is something I added since the threads of the holes for the bolts attaching the lens holder to the mounting block are stripped. I think I can have a machinist make me a new mounting block but I'm looking for other options.<br/>

Can anyone give me some advice on upgrading the following:<br/>
<br/>
1. New mirrors. I believe the mirrors we have are sized 25 mm. <br/>
2. New Lens holder and mount<br/>
3. Water chiller<br/>
4. I'm looking to get a blade style bed but cannot find a retailer who sells one. Any help on this would be great. <br/>
