Cooling Problem

Hello All,
I am new here so nice to meet you all for a start.
I have an 80w chinese laser engraver with the cw3000 chiller.
I use only deionized water for colling.
Now the problems i am facing are the following.
I have noticed the developing of algae in the tubes that i kind of resolved by adding an aquarium algae control fluid.
I did not added any filter in the loop so all the greenish water was circulating in it.
The same time the pump started making noises and also the temperature started raising.
I have opened the chiller, removed the green water, cleaned the water container and added new deionized water.
The pump is still making noises and the temperature is still going up.
I am seeing temps up to 28-29 C in an ambient room temp of 25-26 C.
I have not changed the pipes but flow seems to be ok.
Any ideas?
