Electric Shock From Frame

Just received my Nova 24 and got it all set up. When the main switch is on and i touch the frame or bed i get an electric shock. As soon as i turn it off it doesn't happen. Is this normal? What could be causing this?

Abnormal. May be it's static electricity. You can try safety circuit ground detection. If any question contact tech@thunderlaser.com pls.
