What settings for cutting 1/2 inch acrylic

I am still very new to all of this. Been playing with the settings to cut 1/2 inch acrylic nicely. I can get a decent cut but not a flame edge smooth cut. Is this even possible? right now the laser is set to 4mm per second and 90 percent with air off using the 2 inch head.
