PDF Files or SVG's are faulty in Gravostyle 9

Hi,

I am trying to export PDFs or SVG files from Illustrator, but when I import the file to Gravostyle (Laser engraving software), it wont appear correct way.
If I open exported PDF or SVG in browser etc, it will look as it should.

File I exported shows ok in browser / illustrator.

File I exported only shows "outlines" at Gravostyle.

Any Ideas?
