hello yumiko,
I hope everything is good for you newlyweds. I was hoping you could
help me with my red dot alignment.
I have a mini-60. everything is working fine. I noticed when I pulse
the laser, it is a little bit off the red dot.
is there a way i can realign the red dot or laser beam so they are in
the same spot ?
Thanks again, Loyd

Hi Loyd
This is Tom from thunder laser
Good to hear that your laser is working well
For your laser problem with the red dot is a little bit off the laser beam.
And please give me some informations to help me to know more clear about your problem
1. even if the laser dot is a little bit off the red dot, but it still can coming out from the nozzle of the laser head?
2. could you please take a picture to show me what's worng with its error?
As far as i know, the laser dot is only at the same place with the red dot at the right-down corner of the working table
but it is really hard to align the laser dot is consistent with the red dot at the whole working table.
It just gives you a indicator light to let you know where the laser beam will be fire, also shown you the laser beam where it fires on the material surface.
Looking forward to hear from you
Have a nice day
Best Regards

hi ,
thank you for your fast response. The laser red dot can be seen on the material. It is only off
about 2 mm, so I will leave it alone. I thought the laser and red dot pointer were independent
of each other, and it was just a matter of adjusting a screw. Sound
like it would be more trouble than it's worth. So thank you again for
your reply
Loyd

Hi Loyd
You are welcome
Yeah, i recommend that you can realign that the red dot by adjusting that fixed screws for red dot pointer
No need to realign that the laser beam if there is ok
May be you can realign it better and less than 2mm, but it is hard to align that both beams are at the same place completely with the whole working table.
For example, when you align that two beams are a same place in the right-down corner, but when the laser head moves to center position or left-up position
They will be not a same place then.
So sorry for this problem, hope you can understanding.
Have a nice day
Best Regards

Hi Loyd
See the attached picture as shown
Then just realign that four screws on the holder of the combiner.
That is so easily to align to moving the red dot to closer with the laser beam.
Ok, hope you can do it better, keep in touch
Thanks in advance
Best Regards
