New Tube, New Power supply, New problem...

Hi!
After being down for many months, I finally switched out my laser tube, and power supply of my Chinese 60W Co2 laser cutter. It seem to cut just fine.
However I went to do a raster job etching a logo on glass, and im having an odd problem.
Initially the job works fine, but at some point it makes a "clicking" noise and skips 3-6" to the left and continues etching the job. A few lines later "click click click" and it skips again.
The head is NOT touching/rubbing the surface. I cant see any resistance on the machine at all.
I have tried various speeds/power settings. I do cutting jobs 98% of the time. This is like my 4th raster job ever. Does anyone have any ideas?
