Laser Engraver Forum

I am new to the forum and new to laser machines. I got my first laser from JQ lasers about a month ago, JQ1610 CCD, I have not been able to use the machine because I couldn't get pass the calibration.
I have received help from the company but not enough to give calibration success. I was told to watch the video which has no audio, most of the time I just assumed. Please help
