Lasergrav error---20160222

Hi
I own a Thunderlaser mini 60 which I use to manufacture model railway kits I've had some issues over the last 24 hours with engraving. When I save the UD file Lasergrav gives a warning 'Engraving Layer contains a non closed graphic which are not carving'
It then won't engrave the detailed walls of my cut, although previously it hasn't been a problem.
Does anyone know the answer to this?
