We have been having an issue with our machine as it keeps turning off after a cut. We installed a new power receptacle and it worked for 2 weeks. Now we cannot get any power to the machine. The cord is good and everything is hooked up properly. What are the steps we should take to resolve these issues? Fuse is not blown. We have replaced and rewired to the plug still nothing.

Hi Lonestarlaserco
If you can turn on the machine, but no laser come out from the tube, right?
If yeah,Click TEST red button on the laser power supply
(please unplug that the signal port from the laser supply, see that the attached picture to know where is the signal part)
, and check if there is a laser beam from laser tube(let other one to open the cover of laser tube to check)
and tell if there is laser come out from the tube?

Yeah we are having an issue I think where nothing is coming on. Its like something is bad in the wiring from the power receptacle to the power supply. Power Supply is good its like its having issues in the wiring which doesnt make sense as it has been checked and everything looks fine.
