-Connecting to controller

Hello everyone ,
i have a 50w Chinese laser that was working fine, during the last job while sliding up the Y axis I heard a little clunk, the machine froze up. So after a while I turned it off , now it won't initialize, all I get on the display is connecting to controller message, I am getting desperate, any help would be apreciatade, thank you in advance for any help, tips or ideas.
