If your laser machine has problem ,you do like this

Hey everyone ,
OK, this time is not AD(because we posted some AD in this forum lol)
Sometimes we visit this forum and to see if there anything we can do if any one need help for laser machine , but today , we found one of the supplier said like this :
"We do not support this product any longer. Check your settings"
As we know , the machine is out of warranty, but we don't understand why they stop support ? the machine comes from them,warranty is for free replacement dead parts ,it should have hole life tec support !
If your laser machine has problem , please do like this , email to ： support@triumphlaser.com , we wil do our best to help .
