Universal Engraver(Bachin Maker) Issues

Hello, I have a 30,000mw Blue laser from Universal Engraver that has had some issues. The other day I stopped a burn midway through, and since then it has not burned right. Everything has been cleaned and updated, but it will not burn. Even on 100% power, there is nothing. This is the only time I have stopped a burn in progress, so I can't foresee it being any other cause. Has anyone had similar issues? Please let me know, thanks.
