Hi, We have an 80w Red & Black Chinese laser. We've had a lot of alignment issues and now I've noticed it is vibrating quite a bit when moving. We've added a beam combiner to get a better alignment, but if you look at the video: https://youtu.be/wlypiBAaZ3g, you can see the beam jumps all over the place when moving (especially along the Y axis). This is resulting in weak and dashed cut lines.
I've checked the belt tensions - no change between tighter or looser. It does the same thing. Tracks and bearings seem OK.
Has anyone seen this before or have any idea what to check?
Thanks in advance!
