water connection

Post by johntudor7 »

Hi, I have a 2 pin water connection socket on my laser machine. I have just purchased a new water pump, it has a standard 3 pin plug attached to it. If I plug the pump directly into the mains via an extension lead, and ignore the 2 pin socket on the machine, will it have any affect on the running of the machine?

I think it's ok
The water pump can get power from machine or directly from a external power
