NEJE V5.3.1 Unable to open dxf files

Hi

We have downloaded the latest version of the software and still unable to open dxf or svg files drawn in Aspire 8. The laser is functioning fine and can cut files from the gallery. We click on CNC, follow the prompts, but the file will not open.
