Engraver Master / LiteFire

Hi
I have just received my Alfawise C30 Hobby Laser Engraver.
I have installed the software Engraver Master and it looks very easy to use.
But, when i import an image, i adjust the size to what i want in mm but the laser does it much bigger. For example i wanted to test something that was 85mm square - i tested the size using the software and it traced it out at about 300mm square.
Any ideas?
