gbrl laser and Lightburn Aligment lost

just found this forum and hope to stay here longer:)

I take my old DIY 3W laser out of basement to have some fun with, i`ve got licensed Lightburn software and got some problems when trying to burn pattern,
Tried few times and it happens randomly but on almost all my burns.
The aligment going out of sync, i have no idea whats happen, please look at attached photos
In this engrave laser first burned pattern and than goes with lines areound every shape, in about 50% of job (burning pattern on top it loose alignment, the board have been not moved

Is it something wrong with X axis/motor?

Ok i found the issue
Because of this was cheap laser the X carriage was wobling from new so i made few improvements to get this tight.
I put too much preasure on wheels and belt and it was too hard to move cariage for a stepper motor.
It was hell hot after burning.

Taking off tension from belt and wheels make a carriage movement a bit smoother and problem gone.
